Awesome Experience! Took a chance based on Google Reviews and was not disappointed. I called to schedule a next day appointment and spoke with Kevin. I explained upfront that I was unsure the exact service I needed with a door lock. He asked me to text a picture of the lock which I did when I returned to my office. He responded promptly and even though it was past his operating hours asked whether I was still in my office and available. He resolved my issue so quickly I was able to make it to another appointment earlier than expected. In addition he offered helpful information. This was definitely a positive experience and I recommend A Preferred Locksmith without hesitation. I think Kevin is no-nonsense, professional and takes pride in his work. I can appreciate that. I think in dealing with him you either have to know what service you want or let him know that you need his assistance in determining what you need. He clearly knows his craft. If you're expecting hand holding and 30 min conversation.... You might think he's being rude, but I think he wants to determine the issue and how to resolve it quickly and efficiently, so I was definitely impressed and have already forwarded his business info to someone. Easy and fast service. $5 for duplicate key

The best locksmith in town!!!! My husband lost his duplicate key to his work truck. Kevin produced a duplicate within 2-3 minutes. In order to program this specific key, Kevin needed access to the truck which was impossible. So Kevin went above and beyond, took the time out of his day to walk my husband through programming his new truck key via phone. What an amazing experience. Thank you Preferred Locksmith!!!
